Singapore cookies by J'Lee
170 g Flour (kite)
60g tapioca flour (singapore flour)
80g Power Sugar
125 g Salted Butter
*2 tablespoon Vegatable Oil
*baked cashew nuts for topping

2 Egg yorks
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
How to
- Mix Flour, tapioca flour, sugar, butter together, gently add vegatable oil to make dough moise
- leave 15-20 mins to set
- spread out to flat about 3/4 cm
- cut into shape
- brush with egg yolks - top with cashew nuts - brush with egg yolks again
- bake at 160C top-under heat 12 mins, leave to cool, bake another 5 mins
Flour, tapioca flour, powder sugar, Salted butter
mix together
add vegetable oil, I've only add 1 table spoon
leave dough to set for 20 mins
let the kids spread it
cut into shape
do it again until finished
arrange to tray
brush with egg yolks
top with cashew nuts
brush again with egg yolks
